The receptionist went above and beyond, waiting for me for an hour despite the thunderstorms and traffic jams. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with a free mini bar. Some aspects of the building were a bit noisy, particularly in the early morning.

The breakfast buffet was not well-maintained, with many items already picked over by 9 am. the room set-up was not ideal, with two twin beds instead of a double bed, which made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable.

We loved the hotel's superb location next to the castle and the fact that it was a bit away from the main square made it very quiet. The hotel facilities were excellent with an elevator and good disabled access. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the free minibar. Parking was adequate even when we arrived late. The hotel staff were very accommodating and even allowed us to come for breakfast 10 minutes before 08:00.

We had a great thanksgiving stay at a hotel in Valtice! the rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we especially appreciated the free minibar. the location was perfect, just in front of the chateau, which made it very convenient for sightseeing. the breakfast had good options and satisfied our tastes.

The hotel restaurant was not open. we found the prices to be relatively high, particularly during peak season.
